1. Data controller
[Legal name], tax ID [tax ID], registered at [address], is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and the Forensica product. Contact: [privacy email].
2. What data we process
- Data you voluntarily provide in the contact or demo form: name, email, organization (optional), area of interest and message. Along with it we store the submission date, your IP address and the browser used, for security and to prevent abuse of the form.
- Aggregated browsing data, if the site includes analytics (see the cookie policy).
- Data processed within the Forensica product itself (users, cases, acquired evidence) — subject to a separate data processing agreement with each customer organization, not to this commercial website policy.
3. Purpose
Responding to contact or demo requests, managing the business relationship, protecting the form against automated or abusive submissions (IP address and browser), and meeting legal obligations where applicable.
4. Legal basis
Consent (contact form) and legitimate interest (commercial communications related to a prior request), under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
5. Retention
[Retention period] or until deletion is requested.
6. Recipients
Data isn't shared with third parties except where legally required or with providers necessary to deliver the service (e.g., hosting, email delivery), under the corresponding data processing agreement. Form submissions are stored on Forensica's own servers — they are not sent to form services or third-party tools — and the internal notice of each new submission is sent from Forensica's own mail server.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [privacy email], and file a complaint with your national data protection authority.
